I come from Madhya Pradesh, and I had a query regarding land mutation.
I purchased land 0.12 hectare through sale deed executed on Jan 2016 from Khasra No-472/2/1 measuring 0.381 hectare. One Co Owner have not sold.his sahred out of total five co owner of land.
Now this Khasra No has been split in two parts
472/2/1/1 measuring 0.20 hectare in revenue records as this land is transferred to NHAI and compensation for these land was already paid to seller before execution of sale deed.
472/1/2 measuring .1810 heactare which is still in name of seller as mutation of land which I purchased. is pending at tehsildar office.
Kindly help me understand that since One Khasra has been split in two parts, How will mutation of land be done in my favour measuring 0.12 hecatre.I shall be awarded mutation for full land for which I paid.
