could anyone please tell me what all legal formalities go into making a film and what all agreements are necessary for making one.

Hi, its depends which kind of movie you are producing there are various kind of agreements related to a movie. roughly there are 18 to  20  agreement has to be executed for a sigle single movie.

A mid budget movie, but the producer wants an agreement with all the people involved and everything (legal formalities) that one has to go through..
