Mistake (human error) in order/judgement

Your honour, The certified copies of the judgment was applied and there is human error in it. The error is witness name was entirely different such that "Raman" as "Rajan", "pw10" as "pw9", "6/2017" as "6/2007". My query as 1) Is it harmful or harmless error?! Thanks and regards.
