Mediation and anticipatory bail

Hello. A partner of mine cleverly put some money in a joint business but never signed the partnership deed. he has managed to get a FIR done 420,180 etc. He has been harassing me for 2 years. Police has just sat on the investigation. Unfortunately my anticipatory bail application was rejected as opposite party and IO gave wrong facts in the court. After 8 months of tgis magistrate has issued warrant out of the blue. My lawyer new one says lets go for anticipatory in HC and also ask for mediation, to show good intent. Ques Does asking for mediation help in Anticipatory bail ? I want case in court so I can get proper bail and fight.
