Marriage query

hi  all ,

  me and my gf decided to get married after , she is not Indian and  I am  from India  and  Hindu , In which legal ways I can get married to her ?? I was reading in online about special marriage act ,  But  I change her religion , and then perform Hindu wedding and  claim for legal marriage certificates from register in my jurisdiction
