RCR u/s by husband pending in Court. Order to pay interim maintenance to wife u/s 24 HMA passed.
Has it ever happened that the 50% amount that husband deposits in DC/HC pending appeal against interim maintenance u/s 24 HMA, has been returned to the husband upon successful appeal?
Direction to deposit 50% interim maintenance in itself implies that the Judge would release the amount to wife from the Court itself or why would the Judge direct to pay the deposit amount at the pre-admission hearing?
Kindly, clarify.
