I am a respondent in a property case in which I found so many documentary proofs against the petitioner which shows that the petitioner did forgeries and on behalf of the same filed a false case upon me. In that case somebody suggest me to file a case under section 340 IPC against the petitioner.
So, please tell me the case u/s 340 IPC is filed in the same civil judge court or it will be maintainable in the criminal court of MM. I am so much puzzle because somebody says that the supreme court issued guidelines that now the cases u/s 340 IPC is maintainable only in the courts of MM. Help in in this matter and send me the ruilings for the same if possible..
