Lost original sale agreement papers by builder

Hello,

I have purchased a under construction flat. After three days of registration i called builder for my agreement papers. But he misplaced the agreement papers and now its missing.

Builder did police complaint for lost of papers and brought me certified copy of agreement. Builder also saying he will give me in writing that paper was misplaced by him on stamp paper. I can also see my name listed for flat on https://esearchigr.maharashtra.gov.in.

I have loan sanction letter from IDBI bank. But now bank agent says without original papers bank wont proceed for bank loan (this was told by bank lawyer). So what should i do ?? Should i cancel my registration and again register by paying stamp duty again to get original papers ?? If yes is there any problem with twice registration on same property ??

Or should just go with another bank for loan ???

IS there any problem while resale this property if i dont have original papers ??

Thanks,

Learning
