Lost challan receipt

what should I do if I lost my challan receipt even I don't have copy of the receipt and a date which was mention on the receipt was passed away [delhi Rohini court]

you can inquire in the accounts dept where they will have record of it.

With the previous dates of the case, you may enquire the details about this in the registry or the office of court to provide you the details, which will help you to resolve your problem.

acually i visited to delhi 25-march-2018 karol bagh and i entered in no entry zone. An officer cutted a challan of same[one way] and said u have to visited in rohini court for your documents [D/L and RC] on 26-april-208 but i was not able to visit there and i lost a receipt too now i don't have challan receipt and any documents as well.

what should i do now

Your case would have been on the cause list on 26th April. Based on that you can proceed. You can take the assistance of an advocate or his clerk whio will do the needful, of course for a fee.
