You can seek divorce on the grounds of desertion. But more important that that is to be on the watch for the onslaught of false cases like 498A/406 that might follow.

Approach your wife through common friends/relatives etc. and try to convince her for divorce by mutual consent. Remember no one is above law, don’t fear if your case is strong.
