Could anyone please provide me the following judgment :
"Tiny v. Jackey reported in 2012 (1) KLT 155 in which the Court categorically held that High Court has power to quash plaint in a civil suit even exercising its power under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC) apart from powers conferred on it under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India"
