My father dies this year and had a loan of 15 lakh under cgtmse from sbi.Default of loan and NPA of account has taken place.
He has one lease land from co operative society can it be attached to the loan recovery.No other collateral given.Even original copy of lease is not submitted.

The lender can recover from estate of the deceased.
