I have done a Course of Diploma In Interior Designing which is recognised by the Government. in mUmbai and i reside in mUmbai Now i want to start a firm. Now some people are telling me that a license is required to start the firm. When i approached one lawyer he said u dont require a license. I approached a second lawyer he said that i Require a License under Shop & Establishment Act 1948 before i commence. Now i am confused what to do.
Kindly pls let me know what should i do. Is there any necessity of a license. This would be a partnership firm.
