Hi,
Last Sunday a car banged against my car from the side, severly damaging my car's back door.
I took the car no. and have also found out the car owner's address.
I asked the car owner for damages compensation, to which he flatly refused
I want to file a police complaint against the owner, how should I go about it?

you make a complaint at police station file fir and same time claim insurance, thats best way.
