I have a possession of a plot from past 38 years .the plot allotted to my sister-in-law back in 1980 in jaipur, I helped her to purchase the same plot by lending her almost full amount of the money to pay this plot.Although i did not took anything in written from her but it was decided that she will be paying that said amount in interested free instalments to me. after a few months she divorced with my brother & left withot payng anything to me . Since it has been around 38 years ,I have the possession of that plot .she did not came back nor responded to our efforts to contact her.
i did not applied for light or water connection. I have only receipt of the municipal tax paid by me.
Is it possible for me to use the said plot for construction and enjoy the owner rights by me? Is there any lawful way to claim the ownership of the plot by me?
