Law firm registration

Hallo we friends want to register a law firm. plz guide us for which points to be mentioned in the agreement - matter handling, work process, share of profit etc. because at taluka level we are going to register a law firm. so plz guide us. we have seen many types of agreement deed but not law firms deed. fees receives in cash mostly. can anybody mail me format. adv.ykb@gmail.com

Yogesh there is no format for registration of the firm.

U need to apply to MCA for regsitration of firm.

Dear Friend,

From the little feed back posted by you, I understand few practicing lawyer friends are on way to form a Firm( Partnership firm?) . O.K.

You have to locate a model Partnership Deed of Professional firm (Browse Internet) and suitably redraft the clauses as per requirement and mutual consent and get the same registerd with local office of Registrar of Firms (IGR) of your state.
