Does anyone can explain me what is "landowner quota" ?
It is mentioned in sale deed and the person who is selling land has four brothers...
I was told that seller had land which was bought by housing society and society made numbers of plots of it and because my plot seller was land owner he one got plot from society directly allocated to him and sale deed only mentions that it is "landowner quota". Can any of his brother’s can mess around for the sale?
