- Can a person residing in one domicile invest in other domicile land ? What are the procedures ?
- What points are to be kept in mind at the time of purchase after the lake encroachment incidents took place w.r.t BDA lands in Bengaluru ?
- How to ensure that land value is progressing well ?
- How to check genuinity of land ? Will I be able to ask for any information under RTI (AP) act ? If so what queries to be asked ?
- What is the risk level with respect to Telangana And AP battle ?
- Any other factors which needs to be checked ?
