Some of 3 Acres 7 Cents Land one person occupied since 20 years which occupier was took land rent yearly basis of some fixed amount as a cultivator but since 15 years he is not giving any agreed amount nor accepting to give our land back, now the land is his possession how to remove him from his possession from our land. on which grounds we could win the case and back to take land our possession.. Kindly suggest me how to start the process.
