Land acquisition process delay

Sir, my Mother's house was demolished without giving any notice to her in the year 2000 under road widening master plan by the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. She got stay order in the same year after the demolition but the land is being used as kacha road. Hyderabad municipal corporation didn't initiated any action for payment of compensation till the year 2014. Second time, When the huge water Pipe lane was about to pass through her property she took another order in the year 2014 for stopping work and to process the case for settlement. Inspite of second order the Municipal corporation didn't processed the case instead diverted the pipelane. Till her death on 16-3-2016 also they did not processed it.The property is registered and urban land ceiling cleared. Now we the legal heirs request you to as to what step we should take. Kindly give your valuable advice as we are suffering huge financial loses by the act of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Kindly help us please. Regards sir.

Please tell, whether only your mother's property was demolished by the Municipal Corporation in the Road Widening Project?

If the property of others was also demolished - did they get compensation?

What are the reliefs that you are proposing to seek? What is the present status of the cases filed? It is better that the High Court is approached.
