is there is importance/value attached to LOVE MARRIAGE ? will it have any effect in DVC case or in DIVORCE petitions if a couple got love marriage and now fighting in court.. will the husband has to compromise in his life just because of his love marriage and sacrifice anything to his cruel and criminal minded wife?

Usually an attemp is made to compromise between any couple before getting divorce.  But as such there is nothing in law to say that u will compulsorily have to compromise because of love marriage.

As far as legal proceedings are concerned, issue of love marriage or arranged marriage is immaterial, What is imp is ground or grounds for divorce. On wht ground u r asking divorce is very imp. I agree with Adv. Sunaina, that an attemp is made to compromise between any couple before getting divorce.  But as such there is nothing in law to say that u will compulsorily have to compromise because of love marriage. Compromise is for the benefit of the parties. Court never forced for the same.
