Kul kayda (labour family law)in maharashtra

My grandmother has purchased on land in 1952. She has appointed one person to take care of this land (Muktedar). Unfortunately that fellow died and the worker from his house start taking care of that land. He was giving the shetsara through decided Govt. rules.

In 1980's Grandmother left that place and shifted to other place. After some years (in 1990) the care taker has done false documentations and changed the sub owner (Bhugwadar No 2) to himself.

I have crossed checked all the details and taken all the documents from 1950 to til date trough MAHITI ADHIKAR
. Some knowledgable fellow told me you can give Notices through court and can challenge the 3rd party sale deed of that person.

I want to ask the further step and want good and proper suggestion in this regards.

I am from nagpur so any advocate is visiting this please you can contact me so that I can give you total details by my own.
