Kidnapped and marriage forcible

Hi, If someone(major and SHE is muslim) is kidnapped and forcibly marriage to kidnapper. They donot have legal document except having fake nikahnama which can be get easly in masjid or madarsa. It has been already three years passed and criminal case is under trial against them along with petition in family court for declaring that marriage null or void is pending. BUT now she wants to marry someone. But kidnapper is threatening that he will not let her marry anyone and he will lodge fir against it if she marry someone. has he right to lodge case against that girl on the basis of fake nikahnama which is not any legal document. Is that document can be produced before court to prove that is legal marriage. In short does can court accept sariat type document(Nikahnama) for proof. Please guide me as she and her family is in worry about her marriage
