I am decree - holder residing at Mumbai , the Arbitral Award is Passed passed at Mumbai . The Judgement - debtors having Divisional Office at Pune has challanged decree at Pune.

I want to challange Juridiction of Pune Court over Mumbai Court which was decided by " Computer Sciences Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. s. Harishchandra Lodwal, AIR 2006 MP 34 ".

I would be happy if any one can provide me copy of Judgement " Computer Sciences Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. s. Harishchandra Lodwal, AIR 2006 MP 34 " .  Wherein court had ruled that if Award is passed at " I " , Decree holder file Execution Proceddings at " D " , it is held that decree could not be executed at " D " , unless and untill the court at place I transferred the decree to the court at place " D " .
