I have all the evidences to prove my opponent party/lawyer committed fraud in several ways , the advocate/party having very good relations with the court staff in Vizag as my oppenent party belongs to a judicial family . I am from Hyderabad , my concern here is can I file a CRPC 340 aganust the advocate/party in Hyderabad the main concern in this subject matter is the fraud committied by the advocate/party in Vizag . is juridiction is really matters in CRPC 340 or by showing some reason like " Some of my oppenent party relatives working in Vizag court , at any time they can fabricate the evidences " by showing this cause can I file CRPC 340 in Hyderabad .Please advice me .
