In my 1st hearning of crpc 125 , I asked judge that my wife is anot allowing me to meet my 5 year child , she asked me to pay for him. I told her I'm ok to pay his school fee directly. Judge recorded my statement with salary details that I want to voluntarily give school fee for child and nothing to wife.
Want to know its good or bad situation for me. In next hearing she asked my wife to bring kid along with her and I have to file WS of 125.
