Joint venture agreement to develop apartment

Power of Attorney registered the 11 out of 16 undivided share of land to the developer of Apartment under Joint venture. The Developer pledged the 11 UDS to Bank against loan. However, he did not construct the apartment, as agreed. Since the JV is expired, we asked the developer to return the 11 UDS to us. He refused. What is the legal remedy?

The agreement based on two conditions first joint venture and second alone so it depends on the agreement of your company.The dissertation writing services reviews are currently working with both agreement so they don't have any problem.

In your case developer has breached the conditions of contract so if developer has breach the conditions of contract then in that case you can approach the court and file civil suit in the court. Appoint advocate and consult with him.
