Is the clause "no stipend ,no bond "is valid?

Is the clause "no stipend ,no bond "for post graduate students is valid who are bound to work in tertiary hospitals 24 hr*7 ??Are they not bound to be paid for there work doing in hospital.?If they accept the bond of 10 years service after completion of postgraduation in the state,they will be provided the stipend only then.If they dont accept the bond,they wont be paid ?If they dont want to serve after signing the bond,they must pay 20 lkh each??are  such obligations invalid acording to labours act?

No one can be employed for free.

The postgraduation medical course was from state or All India Quota or private?

 

Are you a member of any Doctor's association? If yes they have lot of data and infiromation on such matters.
