Dear Friends,
please help me to understand the role of letter of administration vs succession certificate. how are they inter related. Is letter of administration needed after you get the succession certificate ? this is about intestate property which has to be succeeded and administered.
Further I wish to know the court of jurisdiction ? the value of property is more than 2 Cr. Which court do I have to approach and what would be the court fee.
