(Hindu)I got married on 17 Jan 2017 wife left the house on 20th. She was in love with someone else(I have recorded video in which she is clearly telling that this marriage is out of her will). She told me everything thing on 2nd day. Once she went home her family is putting pressure on us,that she will love with me in every case.Bcos now with her family pressure she is saying that she want to live with me. My father is killed by her family. We have launched FIR(302,328) against her and her family. Is it advisable to file divorce from my side. Will I need to pay the maintenance amount to her(Worst case how much bcos mindset of her famliy is very bad they want our full property)? I am earning around 50K per month. and have some property. but i have to take care of my mother as well.
