Invoking fsl

Respected Gurus,

 

With out premission from court or with out court order can the police directly approach FSL during investigation.

Please clarify me .

I believe your question is incomplete. The Police and the Public prosecutor may approach the FSL for many reasons unless the court has specifically directed the Director of the FSL to present the report to the court in sealed envelope.
