Dear Sir / Madam,
The company I work for had filed a civil complaint against a Govt Authority for cancelling a tender which was awarded to us. After cancelling the tender, the Govt Authority had called for shortime quotation to do the same work on temporary basis as a stopgap arrangement.
My company had approached the Honbl Court and an order favoring us was issued yesterday, ie, the order is to carry on with tender which is awarded to us. I have the court order copy with us, I know their lawyer will forward the same to Govt. Authority.
My question here is, I want to forward a copy of this order alongwith a covering letter requesting the Govt Authority to execute the court order. Someone please help me with a format of a letter which I may use as covering letter.
