I am working in a well know firm. When i join on my appointment letter its wriiten i will be getting incentives but 5 yrs has been pass not a single rupee is given as incentive. I am working in a marketing team. i am on the job right now. Pls gudie me.. my salary is also low

What is the criteria/target for payment of incentive? Do you have published policy copy?
Have you perfromed and become eligible for incentive? Do you have perfromance data copy?

I have given 300% of my salary.

Submit claim in writign under proper acknowledgment.
If you are unable to resolve by your own skills, engage an able labor law consultant/service matters lawyer.
