Inadequate Car parking allotted inspite of specific agreemen

Sir, I have purchased flat in wagholi Pune. In my agreement to sale flat, there is mention of car parking space of 9.29 sq. Metre i.e. 99.99 sq feet. At the time of possession, i am allotted inadequate Car parking which is not accommodating my car. I, therefore have not taken possession and asked sales manager to allot adequate parking space. He has not responded yet. What remedies do I have for rightly asking for my car parking space mentioned in the agreement
