Hi,
I am entangled in a criminal case. I have been suspecting that police is illegally recording my incoming/outgoing mobile calls. How can i be sure about my suspicion? Is there any mechanism to know about the same? Can these call records be used as an evidence in criminal courts?

What made you to feel that your phone calls are tapped?, do you have any proof for that, if yes, you can make a complaint with the higher police official about this, in case you do not get any response over there too, you may approach even higher police official, while making the news published in the media to attract the attention of the law enforcing authorities.
