In a divorce petition, the respondent was served with a copy of the main petiton. Later after the counter was filed by the respondent.. The petioner sought some amendment in his petiton. some where allowed and some not. When the responedent applied for CA copies of the petition , she discovered that in the O.P a crucial admission of the O.P was amended without courts permission. what can be done in such circumstances. Please advice....
