If an arrest warrant executed while i am outside india

hi all,

       i am a doctor by profession and a medico legal case inflicted on me in which i am not the prime accused and found guilt by association (maximum association) and submitted under bailable offence. since it was filed as criminal charges and the charge sheet is pending investigation it is assumed to have an arrest. but i am residing in abu dhabi now in a new job with a contract for 2 years. if a warrent issued what should i do. please help me. thank you
