Dear Sir,
I am accused in false case. Sir, 6 years back Child Line has logged a false FIR of child labour. In 164 statement, none of the were found against me. As well as FR was produced to close my case. But on the basis of FIR, 2 cases (Child line & Child Labour) are filed against me In Child Line case, more than 30 dates have been given by the Court, but plaintiff is not coming.
Sir, on the same FIR, Labour Department also filed case against me, although FR has been produced. In spite of this, District Court keep on issuing notices to me. As i changed my address, so this case and notices did not come to my knowledge. As notices were not recevied at me end so District Court has issued a B/W against me.
Sir, please suggest me that i have not done any crime as well as FR & 164 statement has already been produced. But case has not still closed. Please advice me what should i do, Can i get relief by Sectio 245 (2). In spite of that i am not guilty, i still accused for the crime.
