Huamn rights or local court or pca???

Dear Lawyers,

Police kept me in station for 3 days continuously without producing me to court or judge home.

I wanted to file a case against Circle Inspector and DSP who involved in this.

If I want file a complaint in any one of the below given options, please suggest me which one is the best.

1) Filing complaint in NHRC (National Human Rights Commission)

2) Filing complaint in SHRC (State Human Rights Commission)

3) Filing complaint in Local court (which is near to my town)

4) Filing complaint in PCA (Police Complaints Authority)

Thanks in advance.

Check with your local lawyer for a complaint by fax/email to Chief Justice of  High Court, too.

Dear Sonu,

Immediately file Writ in High Court under articles 19 and 21 of Constitution of India as you had been in custody without any complaint this vioated your fundamental rights. You can also file complaint before the Human Rights but immediate relief would be in High Court only. That is time consuming.
