How to file an ijnunction order?

Dear Lawyers, Father got loan in SBI against property. We are 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Everyone's land included in that. Father passed away. Now SBI asking that pay the loan amount or we will seize the land and auction it. All my brothers and sisters not caring about the SBI loan and enjoying their land. So, I am planning to get an Injunction order to prevent further cultivation in land and to do further action to pay the SBI loan amount. So, How to get an Injunction order? What are the steps. Kindly reply. Thank you.

Details are not adequate. Father's source of earning property, utilisation, will, proportionate share of your father has to be into consideration. As you have already decided to get injunction order, let the advocate explain you fundamentals.
