How to Register Co owners names/shares in the society regist

The original family member has settled the dispute with othrer family mmbers by giving them Gift Deed & mentioning their shares which is registered 2years back. Now for some reason he refuses to give such letter to the society. How can we the members request the society to put our names n shares, legally in the regster. Thanks & regards

If the gift deed is valid/registerd the same may be submitted.

Dear Kumar Doabji. Thanx. Will the society accept this request with valud n registwred Gift Deed. Is there any society law no. Or bye-law no. which can be quoted in the request letter to the society. Thanx n rgds
