How can you object legally for appraisal

If a company makes profit for his own use and does not provide proper appraisals then how can you legally challenged them in the court of law.

If you have the proofs against Favoritism been done and you are a hard working person but still you don't get what you are deserving then how can you legally challenge a company in the court of law.

When you see that rules which are being followed for old people who are working since past so many years in a particular office are different and for new people who join since past 2-3 years are different then how can you oppose that in a legal way?

Do audio & video recordings help in a legal way. If yes then which is the main content in a particular video which can help out a person the most?

Before you proceed further look into the standing orders applicable to the company and extended to the designation of employee, appointment letter, service rules and regulations, HR policy, Grievance Redressal  Mechanism within the company……………………

Is it stated that periodic (half yly/annual) appraisal shall be conducted and is there any matrix and rules for appraisal?

Is there any recognized union of employees and ‘Works Committee’ within the company?

Is the employee a member of Trade Unions?

The first attempt should be to approach good offices of appointing authority, MD……………………

The employee should have sharp and developed commons sense to realize the motive behind such activities.

It may be initiation of dispensing with the employees with vintage, high CTC and encouraging newly hired employees with low CTC, new skills, vibrant  ideas………………………………

If this is the action plan of the company the employee should firm up his next venture ASAP.

An employee must not always look for legal recourse.

The employee with vintage should prove his worth again.

Employee may voice his concerns carefully and remain gentle and amiable.
