House claim by sisters son

My father has residential house from his father. He is maintaining it from 1987 after death of his father. Now his one of sister's son is asking for the share much more than he is entitled for. Other sisters are ready to give rights to my father. How do we handle the one not supporting. Whether he has rights on residential house
