Hi
Can any one help me with Court citation where the Judge gave Ex parte to the father bcoz the mother along with the kids did not attend the court ?
Wife has kids and living in a different state , GWOP case in my state by me and sent notice to wife but wife didnt attend more than 3 hearings .
i been trying to find but couldnt get any such judgements
please help

again send court summons to wife for next date to appear in court.

What if my wife doesn't attend again ? What if the summon is returned ?
