Help me sir about this plz

Respected advance.madam,

One of my friend(female) is undergoing from a big trouble.one of her school frnd (boy) proposed her for love relationship but she denied his proposal. After few month that boy came to her house seeking class notes that time she was bathing somehow he took that video clip by his mobile.now he is blackmailing her.he is taking s*x benefits also.. Total 5--6 days over he used her if she is refusing his s*xual proposal then he is threating to upload that private video in the internet.

So in this stage i request you all the advocates and law professionals to kindly give ur valuable suggestion.

She can give complaint with Central Crime Station.

gather sufficient proof that the boy is blackmailing..then approach his parents...if that does not work..approach the police..

Local police will not be helpful, u have to lodge a complaint with COMM.of police of your area,and the case will be forwarded to cyber cell. You have to draft a complaint under section 62,72 of IT ACT r/w IPC 503/506/499.
