Three cases are running on me (498a, DV & Maintenance) in different courts in UP while i live in delhi and force to travel 500km in every 15 days, and this is going on since past two years, I've engaged one senior lawyer there but still there is no much help, i m bound to attend every date if i missed any date, OP manage to pass adverse order against me.
Cases status are
498a : Only against me charge sheet filled, charges are yet to frame
DV: Evidence stage
125 : Intrium decided
Can anyone Ld. member advise me how to save myself from this frequent travel
