I need your suggestion on one property docs.
1. DC conversion done.
2. No layout approval.
3. Present owner is 3rd sequential owner after 1st land owner as per registration docs.
4. EC states current owner as legal owner.
5. But, the current owner do not have any khata document as panchayati office stopped giving khata form 11B.
How safe is the purchase view of this site?
