Myself and my wife own a property in Mumbai.we would like to do a gift deed in my mother's name.
i would like to know how mouch woud be the
stamp duty ?
registrarion fee ?
gift tax ?
Also the society formation is in process and not yet done.
so whether the buider needs to be informed and what would be the fees to be paid to them ?
Also whether it will be better to wait till the society is formed and inform them rather than builder?
