my own sister registered a gift settlement deed a property worth of Rs.11,00,000/- in 2006 without any conditions and subsequently i got the passbooks and same entered into revenue records. in the document they registered for love and affection. But my sister revoke the giftdeed in 2012 without any notice and concern of myself.
In last month only i noticed the revokation. presently i am planing to file a suite in the court. How much fee i have to pay for the court. what are the expenses incor in the suite filing. request you kindly advise me how i proceed and how much i have to spend. How i will get injunction order.
