Full and final settlement

I have worked as DGM-Projects in leading property developer construction company in Bangalore for past 3 years and resigned and served one month notice period as per appointment letter. Last date my immediate superior vice president asked two days time to verify the reports submitted to him as per his request. Now after one month leaving from the company, he has sent explanation email by fabricating some issues during construction process of work executed by my team members.Replied his email. I supposed to get my exgreatia amount during Diwali, which was mentioned in my annual benefits, not paid by the company. Please advice to proceed further to claim full and final payment, including legal procedures
